Thomas Diller, MD, MMM, is vice president and chief medical officer for the AdventHealth Population Health Services Organization (PHSO) and serves as the President for the AdventHealth Provider Network (AHPN), a clinical integration network. In this role, he oversees clinical operations for the PHSO, including quality and bundles, as well as health and care management. He also has oversight of CIN governance and leads physician engagement across the network.
Dr. Diller has more than two decades of medical management experience with demonstrated expertise in population health, quality and safety, hospital operations, clinical informatics, academics and research. Before joining AdventHealth, he served as vice president of population health and quality transformation for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Louisiana. Prior to that, he held various senior clinical leadership roles at entities that include the University of North Texas Health Science Center, CHRISTUS Health and Greenville Health System, respectively.
A board-certified internist, Dr. Diller has practiced internal, emergency, and occupational and preventive medicine. He earned a medical degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, a master’s degree in medical management from Carnegie Mellon University and a bachelor’s degree from Illinois Wesleyan University.
